About us
We're a small family bakery just south of Åhus, in southern Sweden. Our tunnbröd is made the traditional way — everything is done by hand. The dough is rolled out by hand, docked, lifted onto the baker's peel and into the oven.
All ingredients are produced in Sweden. No added E-numbers, and as organic as possible.
